All quotations provided by 1st Call Renewables Ltd are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Quotations are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Additional work required due to unforeseen circumstances may result in additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before work proceeds.
Appointments are arranged at mutually agreed times. While we aim to attend all appointments promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to emergencies, traffic conditions, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where necessary and will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.
Payment terms will be confirmed before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Domestic customers must make payment upon completion of the work.
Commercial customers must make payment within the agreed invoice period.
Deposits may be required for larger projects, installations, or special-order materials.
Failure to make payment within the agreed period may result in additional recovery costs and interest where legally applicable.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing safe access to the property.
Ensuring accurate information is supplied regarding existing systems.
Informing us of any known hazards or access restrictions.
Obtaining any permissions required from landlords, property managers, or third parties.
All materials supplied by 1st Call Renewables Ltd remain our property until full payment has been received.
Where customers supply their own materials or equipment, we cannot guarantee their suitability, performance, or warranty coverage.
Manufacturer warranties apply to products and equipment supplied and installed by us, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Our workmanship is guaranteed for a reasonable period following completion, subject to normal use, proper maintenance, and compliance with manufacturer recommendations.
This guarantee does not cover:
Misuse or neglect.
Accidental damage.
Third-party alterations or repairs.
Normal wear and tear.
Issues arising from existing defects not identified during installation.
We will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from delays, breakdowns, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing within these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Emergency repair work is intended to restore safe operation where possible. In some cases, temporary repairs may be necessary until permanent repairs or replacement parts can be arranged.
Customers should provide as much notice as possible if they wish to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
We reserve the right to charge for:
Missed appointments.
Late cancellations.
Special-order materials already purchased.
Labour or work already completed.
